DESCRIPTION

30222/40020 Urethane Potting System is a black, polybutadiene based, SMT  compatible, flexible, urethane that has a low mixed viscosity and moderate gel time.

System Components:
30222 Part A with 40020 Part B.

USE

Designed for ambient cured applications requiring good hydrolytic stability, flame retardant and flexibility. Designed for potting stress sensitive electronics (SMT).  The low initial viscosity and long gel time make this a viable system for automated production. Service temperature range from -60^oC to 130^oC.  UL recognized HB flame retardant.
