DESCRIPTION

30009/40002 Urethane Potting System is an amber, unfilled, flexible, polybutadiene-based urethane that has a low mixed viscosity and moderate gel time.

System Components:
30009 Part A with 40002 Part B.

USE

Designed for ambient cured applications requiring good hydrolytic stability and flow.  Designed for potting stress sensitive electronics (SMT).  It provides excellent hydrolytic stability and outstanding electrical properties up to 155ºC. The low initial viscosity and moderate gel time make this a viable system for automated production or hand mixing.
